-Your metabolism doesn’t drop 40% (or any other magical number) after a 12 hour fast

-“Starvation Mode” doesn’t really exist
-“Bad” food is a bad idea, and if you’re craving chocolate, you’re low on chocolate
-When you eat below maintenance calories your body gets 85% of energy from fat, NOT muscle
-Eating before a workout depends on the type of workout you’re doing
-Creating an unhealthy view of food leads to unhealthy behavior with food
-Eating healthy is not cheap, nor is it for everyone
-Conclusion/read before you send hate mail because science rocks

We all just need to figure out one RIGHT way to lose weight so we aren’t always arguing. This shit is confusing as fuck, one study says one thing, another study says another…
