GUYS I AM RIDICULOUSLY EXCITED. Today I was able to do the Boat Pose for reals instead of that weak version I normally accomplish! YEAH.
I’m so glad I switched from running to biking, it definitely got me out of that cardio rut I was in.
Thanks for answering, firstly! It’s nice to know that somebody else has felt this way before. :] I’ve just looked at that workout, and I might start doing that or something similar, to see if I can shake myself out of the rut. Thanks a bunch! <3
I’ve become really bored with cardio lately and I hope it’s just a phase, but… seriously. The whole time I’m running or doing any sort of cardio I’m just like “oh dear lord I hope it’s close to quit time”. But when I do weight lifting or yoga, that doesn’t happen, I’m very focused on stance and breathing respectively and it’s really nice to have such focus.
Does anyone else feel this way during cardio, and how do you deal with it? Does it just go away after awhile?
I’m still really sore from Tuesday. It’s becoming frustrating, I hope I can do some cardio/weight lifting later today without dying.
my best friend has started her fitblr over here! Please follow her.
and started doing squats and deadlifts. Feels nice to get on heavier weights finally.
